We will advise on the use of Voice Over IP (VOIP) and any potential pitfalls. It is not always the case that cost savings can be made using these systems at present - but there may still be real advantages in limited use of VOIP. In addition security issues may also need to be addressed. In some cases it is possible to do without the expense of a conventional PBX. It is also possible to use existing PBXs and telephone systems and integrate VOIP into these systems, or to purchase modern PBXs with VOIP capabilities.
