Data Recovery

applications can either run on the web server or the client machine or
a
combination of both.
Radio Infrastructure - we can quote
for setting up radio links either within buildings or
between buildings - this may in some circumstances be a cheaper
and more flexible option than installing cabling . We are
interested in quoting for community radio projects (WiFi) and can
offer surveys and implementations of radio data networks (rf
networks) for business projects where multiple users need to access the
internet without cabling being installed (a situation where a wireless
solution should be considered). The radio networks can be designed to
interface with broadband connections such as ADSL.
We normally use JAVA, 'C',
TCL / TK , C++ or Visual Basic where appropriate to develop software
applications and assemblers for low level programming or where
speed of processing is essential. For web based applications, we use
HTML, XML, JavaScript and possibly TCL. We can also encompass
developments in C# or C++ .
For rapid application development
of software applications (RAD) we prefer development using
the JAVA programming language and developments based on OPEN
SOURCE development platforms such as MOZILLA (comprising the following
technologies : XUL, XBL, XPFE, XPCOM, Gecko,Pluglets).
Developments using the MOZILLA
platform can use all the underlying features of the MOZILLA web
browser (web content rendering, JAVASCRIPT programming...) to produce
professional applications for your own needs ; they can run on
different platforms (WINDOWS,LINUX,MAC) and are easy to develop
and maintain. A key point is that they should be future proofed as they
are based on Open Source software and the associated standards.
The aim is to develop software applications (including web enabled
applications) quickly and cheaply ; the other aim is to not tie the
customer to my (or any other ) company when the development is
done ie the application will always come with documentation and if
required tuition to allow a customer to maintain the application (or
continue to develop it ) themselves.
