As a first step with your permission we will analyse samples of your phone bills and recommend ways in which you can reducey our phone bill and line rental costs - in the vast majority of cases this is feasible.

Support can even extend to monitoring call activity and alerting the customer on abnormal phone line usage.

Bills will always be simple and clear and give you the ability to highlight where your maximam expenditure is occurring and even how individual phones are being used (in organisations in which customer service is a high prioity - this may be an invaluable tool). Bills can be emailed to your organisation, made available online, on CD or posted as hard copy.

We can simply and quickly arrange 0800,0845, 0871, 090 phone numbers for your use . In addition calls to these phone numbers can be distributed to other phone numbers, calls can be routed for example based on the callers location  (based on STD code). Calls can also be forwarded if the normal receiving phone is busy. Calls can be recorded - where there is a legal requirement for this (or simply for training or quality control purposes).

Provision can be made for home workers for example to bill calls from their phone number (in connection with business) to the business rather than to the home workers phone number.
