As a first step with your permission we will analyse samples of your
mobile (and if required your other phone bills) and recommend ways in
which you can reduce your mobile and other phone bills
and line rental costs. This is normally feasible in the vast majority
of cases.
We will suggest use of a supplier who makes customer support their
highest priority. Support is high quality, robust and customer friendly
- support teams are based in the UK with a dedicated account manager
and customer service team.
Changeover to a new service will normally involve the minimum of
disruption, you may also be due a generous equipment allowance if
you keep your existing hansets and transfer from another mobile phone
network.
You can choose from a range of free handsets for a new mobile phone
connection. Car kit installations available. Loan phones available for
emergencies (despatched within 24 hours of request) if you need them
once you connect to a suggested network.
We will not suggest complicated or confusing call plans.
Bills will always be simple and clear and give you the ability to
highlight where your maximam expenditure is occurring and even how
individual phones are being used (in organisations in which customer
