We will always aim to recommend suppliers for which the broadband phone and/or mobile billing is clear and simple ; this means that both call and line rental charges can be clearly viewed and bills are available on paper, by email etc. (billing information can also be presented to identify for example high call costs by particular phone users, very expensive calls ...). We also aim to recommend suppliers for which call handling has the maximam flexibility.

We act as independant consultants for broadband, phone and data systems  but do however tend to use selected suppliers which we know and trust to offer the best quality support as a primary goal. Support can even extend to monitoring call activity and alerting the customer on abnormal line usage.

We will advise on the use of Voice Over IP (VOIP) and any potential pitfalls. It is not always the case that cost savings can be made using these systems at present, in addition security issues may also need to be addressed. There are however instances in which migration to VOIP  can be cost effective and a viable option for  businesses. In some cases it is possible to do without the expense of a conventional PBX. It is also possible to use existing PBXs and telephone systems and integrate VOIP into these systems, or to purchase modern PBXs with VOIP capabilities.
